If you goggle Decatur Transit Station, Dekalb County Courthouse or Waffle House (On McDonough St.), this will put you in the back of the building only steps away from the Studio. At the Waffle House, turn right and drive thru the Public Parking and park in the fenced area.

Rear Parking: 519 N McDonough St, Decatur, GA 30030- free parking in the back of the building and parking behind the courthouse.
